The air fryer is hands down one of the best ways to enjoy Fitball Protein balls. It comes out golden on the outside and still beautifully moist on the inside.
- Temperature: 200°C
- Time: 7–10 minutes
- Tip: Fan fry for an even, crispy finish. Keep an eye on it from the 7-minute mark so it's perfectly cooked to your liking.
⚡ Microwave
Short on time? The microwave is your best friend. Quick, easy, and it still comes out moist and delicious no dry, rubbery texture here. Just heat and eat.
